We are pleased to offer a Lifetime Warranty to protect against any and all manufacturing defects on engagement rings, wedding rings and anniversary rings.
- Charles & Colvard, NEO Moissanite, Supernova Moissanite & Eternal Moissanite comes with a separate lifetime warranty certificate that you can register on the respected vendors website.
- Port City Jewelers warranties all side "diamond" accent stones for the life of the ring. All we require is that you have your ring(s) inspected by Port City Jewelers once a year to keep this warranty valid. Please contact us for how to send your ring into our office's
- Normal wear and tear, damage caused by outside forces, improper or irregular maintenance, theft and/or losses are not covered under this warranty.
OUR SPA TREATMENT:
Port City Jewelers is pleased to offer a one time FREE ring SPA treatment within the first 2 years. This is a $85.00 fee regularly. Our SPA treatment includes a comprehensive and thorough checkup of your ring. Returned Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Port City Jewelers recommends you use either Fedex or UPS and insure your little gem while its in transit to us. Port City Jewelers is not responsible for lost shipments in transit to our office. Port City Jewelers will take care of the shipping back to your address.
While we have your beauty we will check/do the following.
- Check All Stones To Ensure They Are Not Loose & Prongs Are Tight! If we find a loose stone it will be tightened.
- We Will Polish/Buff Your Ring To "NEW CONDITION!"
- Ultra-Sonic Bath and Steam Clean!
- Carefully Packed and Shipped Directly Back To You, Insured with Signature Required
