Q.  Will my order make it in time for Christmas?

A.  If you have ordered before December 5th 2015 and have not ordered an item that requires extended handeling and shipping times then yes your order will arrive for Christmas.  Items that do require longer than usual handeling times will be described as such in the items description on our website.  As always please contact us with any questions


Q.  Having trouble tracking your order?

A.  It may be that shipping company missed the SCAN and will not update their system until this happens.  Have no worries.  We always fulfill every single order we place.  Sometimes orders that ship from overseas will not update in the USPS system until it arrives in the US, but most times USPS will track oversea orders.  Once arrival in the US, USPS will then update their system and your order will begin to track.



Q.  I orderd multiple items but only received 1 in my shipment?

A.  When this occurs its because we do not source all our products form 1 vendor.  We will ship your items seperately from different vendors and you wil have multiple tracking numbers in your order details as well.


Q.  I ordered one of your FREE ITEMS and its been over 2 weeks.

A.  Most of our FREE items are promised to deliver between 2-4 weeks (USA Only).  Not all items will take this long and each item will have estimate wait times in the items "description" on our website.  As always though if you have questions about your order please contact us and we will get back to you with in 24 hours.



-Please see our SHIPPING POLICIES to check estimated delivery times for your order.  If the alloted time has passed for your delivery please also fill out the form below and we will get back to within 24 Hours.  

-Please know that once your order is shipped Port City Jewelers will not be able to track your order until your shipment reaches the Post Office HUB in your country.  For example, if you live in Canada and placed an order through Port City Jewelers we will ship your item from our stock inventory or have your item shipped directly from our vendor/supplier to your front door.  However tracking will not be updated until it reaches the Canada Post and clears customs.  Port City Jewelers has no control over this.  Have no worries however.  We always make sure you received your order :-)

-Expedited Shipping will arrive a lot faster and tracking will be available for your order every step of the way.  However expeidted shipping is not free and will be charged accordingly depending on your location and country.  Thank you for understanding :-)
